My name is Carmelita- or Carmy, and I have been a licensed Cosmetologist since 2010. I grew up in Marin County and have been passionate about all things health and beauty ever since I can remember. In 2008, my love for the beauty industry led me to attend Institute for Salon/Spa Professionals Inc. (formerly known as the San Rafael Beauty Academy). Since then, I have worked in spas, salons, and beauty bars throughout Marin County. Although I had already mastered the art of Sugaring, I got officially certified in Sugaring Hair Removal by Tamara’s Sugar in 2012. In 2015, I started working for myself and got certified as a NovaLash Lash Artist in the Classic method through the Lash and Brow Academy. My love and career for lashing took off and in 2017 I returned to get certified in NovaLash’s American Volume method and then later in their London Volume method. After the pandemic, I decided to continue my education in the permanent makeup industry and got certified in Microblading through Award Winning Savannah Halby at Sav’s Browtique. I am licensed and registered to microblade in the state of California and hold permits through Marin County’s Environmental Health Services. I have continued my education in this field by attending the Las Vegas PMU Conference as well as being trained by Girlz Ink Las Vegas. I take pride in myself and my work and will always continue my education to keep up with the latest knowledge in this ever-changing industry so I’m able to offer my clients the very best.
